Refer A Friend Programme
We are strong believers in the power of referral, and we reward it.
The GGN Refer a Friend Programme recognises and rewards parents who share the love of learning with their friends and families. When current parents refer new families and they successfully enrol their children – we celebrate with a little thank-you gift to both families!
Your testimonials are very important to us so this is why we have a referral programme in place whereby the parent (who refers us) and the referee will each receive 700AED.
The referee will simply need to fill out this online form with the name of the person who referred them before the start of your term with GGN Nursery. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer .
Parents can recommend GGN Nursery to family, friends or colleagues. For every successful child that enrolls the recommending parent will receive a reward of AED 7,00. the parent (who refers us) and the referee will each receive 700AED. The reward is a one-time concession and will be awarded after the new child has paid the first term’s fees.
- Referrals must be submitted online prior to registration & admission
- Referrals are rewarded after successful admission into GGN Nursery
- Referral rewards are paid one time per successful admission
- Referral rewards are paid after 1st term tuition fees have been settled and the student has attended school for at least 2 weeks
- The Referrer will receive AED 700 which will be credited to their GGN account only (no cash) and be used within the same academic year (against tuition fees, holidays camps, Aftercare, etc.).
- The Referred Friend will get AED 700 waived off their Application Fee.
- Benefits are not applicable for siblings of existing children.
- Referral rewards are only applicable to first time students. Any student returning to the school is not eligible
- Multiple referrals of the same student will be rewarded on a first referral basis
- Post Dated Cheques are not considered paid tuition fees until cheque is cleared
- Referral credit is to be redeemed within the same Academic year.
- Any refund will nulify the waiver/ credit of AED 700 for both the Referrer and Referred Friend
- There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make; each successful enrollment is eligible for a reward .
- This amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The credit applies to a variety of services including tuition fees, holiday camps, aftercare, and more within the current academic year.
- GGN reserves the right to modify the terms of the “Refer a Friend” policy at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the parents and will be effective from the date of announcement unless stated otherwise.
- This policy outlines the procedures and terms under which the “Refer a Friend” programme operates, ensuring that the process is transparent and rewarding for both the referrer and the referred friend within the GGN nurseries
