EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
We strive to make life easier for parents by providing a diverse range of extra-curricular activities, all included in the termly fees with no extra charge. With everything conveniently available at the nursery, parents can feel confident that their little ones are enjoying a well-rounded experience without the hassle of extra planning or additional expenses.
Activities Include:
Athletics, Tennis, P.E, Soccer, Music; Tumbletots (ages 2-3); Ninjatots (ages 3-5)
NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Our healthy nutritious meals prepared in our certified kitchen at the nursery are provided as part of our termly fees at no extra charge. Parents can check our menu.
We have 2 conveniently located branches in Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah,
making it easy for families to access our services.

What fees are associated with enrolment at GGN?
Enrolment fees at GGN include:

What documents are required for the registration process at GGN?
The following documents are required:
● Your child’s passport.
● The passport of both parents.
● Emirates ID and Visa (where applicable).
● Copies of your child’s birth certificate.
● Copies of your child’s immunization records.
Please ensure you provide us with the most up-to-date versions of these documents.
How are the academic terms structured at GGN?
GGN operates on a three-term academic year:
● Term 1: August /September – December
● Term 2: January – March
● Term 3: April – June/July
What happens if my child joins GGN late in the term?
If a child joins during the term, the full registration and other fees are payable. Termly nursery fees will be calculated on a pro-rated basis depending on the child's entry date.
Are there any discounts available for fees?
Yes, there are several discounts available:
● Sibling Discount: 5% off on the term fees for the 2nd or more children attending simultaneously.
● Upfront Discount (Free Camps and mid term breaks ): Applicable when fees for the entire year are paid in full at the start of the placement (registration must be for 5 days a week).
● Referral Reward Plan: Earn AED 500 for successfully referring a child to GGN.
Can fees be paid monthly at Green Grass Nursery?
Payment can be on termly basis only . The payment should be made before the child's first day at the nursery .
Are there any supplementary policies related to fees?
Yes, please be aware of the following:
● Green Grass Nursery reserves the right to make changes to its fee policy at any time.
● Re-admission may be refused if previous outstanding balances are not settled and fees are not paid as per the specified terms and conditions.
How can I pay the fees at Green Grass Nursery?
Payment options include:
● Cash (AED).
● Post-dated cheques dated one week earlier than the start of the next month, payable to Green Grass nursery and submitted to the Admin office.
● Bank Transfer (details on the invoice).
● Credit card and bank link payment accepted (services charges will apply).
Please note that returned cheques will incur a charge of 150 AED.

What are the Nursery Timings at Green Grass Nursery ?
● We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. GGN operates year-round with three camps per year and two mid-term breaks.

Do we have Flexible Hours for Working Parents ?
Yes, we have an after-school activities club that runs until 6:00 pm, providing daycare services during mid-term holidays to accommodate working parents.
What are the Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times at Green Grass Nursery ?
